Historically, during a time of unrestricted gin production, when quality was not monitored, the term London Dry Gin was established to demonstrate a gin that was created to an exact formula and was a guarantee of exceptional quality. Today, this still stands, as London Dry Gins are produced according to an industry standard and any deviation invalidates the London Dry classification. Silky smooth, the juniper base is complemented by gentle spice and a slightly smoky profile.

Kensington London Dry Gin is a unique, custom made gin, created utilising the finest mineral water and grains. Juniper Berries are the base ingredient for traditional Gins, and in Kensington Dry Gin it is complemented by the infusion of botanicals before laying in new American oak barrels. This results in a desired smoky layer and combined with character that is reminiscent of single malt, adds an appealing element not only for the gin connoisseur but the whisky lover too.
