WELCOME BACK Our return to the concert stage includes increased safety measures to help ensure the comfort and well being of our audiences, musicians and team. Before purchasing your tickets, please familiarise yourself with the information, procedures and guidance listed below. Please keep up-to-date with NSW health advisories about COVID-19, including outbreaks, via the NSW Health website or contact the national Coronavirus Information Line on 1800 020 080. Please consider downloading the COVIDSafe App.

SEATING • Patrons within one ticket order may be seated together and physically distanced from other ticket orders/groups of patrons attending the performance. There will be vacant seats between patrons in separate ticket bookings. Capacity restrictions will adhere to the NSW Government’s 50% capacity limit at the Cell Block Theatre. • There will be a 3 metre gap between the musicians performing and the front row of seating as per the advice by the NSW Government. • Only 125 tickets will be sold for the Cell Block Theatre performance to ensure adequate social distancing. • To maintain safe distancing, it is not possible to seat larger groups together for these performances.

Tickets are available for purchase online at www.australianhaydn.com.au.

All ticket buyers will receive an order confirmation of their purchase. This order

confirmation will be accepted as a ticket for entry. Ticket holders may either print their order confirmation or present the email on a phone or smart device for admittance on arrival at the venue. •

As required by NSW Health, we will be asking all ticket buyers to provide

contact tracing details for each ticket holder in their party.


ATTENDANCE GUIDANCE Please do not attend a performance if you: •

Are feeling unwell;

Have experienced any symptoms of COVID-19 in the past 14 days;

Are awaiting the results of a COVID-19 test;

Have been in contact with a suspected or confirmed case of COVID-19;

Have returned from overseas or a hotspot area.

Please review our COVID-19 terms and conditions if you are no longer able to attend a Performance due to these reasons. Please err on the side of caution when considering your attendance. Whilst at a performance: •

Temperatures will be checked upon arrival at the venue;

It is strongly recommended that you wear a face mask - please bring your own or, if

necessary, we can provide one on entry to The National Art School; •

Practise social distancing, allowing 1.5m between others and avoiding close contact;

Practise good hand hygiene. Wash your hands frequently with soap and water for 20

seconds; •

Use hand sanitiser (including before and after eating); and cough or sneeze into your

elbow or a tissue; •

Where possible, use contactless payment methods at all transaction points.

VENUE INFORMATION •

The AHE ticketing desk will open 60 minutes prior to the start of the performance;

The Theatre doors will be open one hour prior to the start of the performance and

patrons will be encouraged to move directly to their seats on arrival; •

Hand sanitiser will be available at main entry points and throughout the venue;

High touch surfaces will be cleaned regularly by staff, in addition to routine cleaning

in adherence with current government recommendations.



To maintain appropriate social distancing, latecomers are advised that they will not be seated with their party and will instead be directed by staff to sit in an empty space at the back of the auditorium. •

In the event that another patron must move past you to enter or exit a row of seats, we

recommend that you face away until the patron has passed; •

If you or a member of your party appear to have flu-like symptoms, you will be directed

to leave the venue, get tested, and self-isolate, in accordance with NSW Government guidelines; •

Staff will be conducting temperature checks of all patrons using a non-touch infrared

thermometer upon arrival at the venue;

COVID-19 TERMS AND CONDITIONS 1.

If you are unable to attend a performance due to illness or contact with a suspected or

confirmed COVID-19 case or confirmed hotspot, please contact the Australian Haydn Ensemble to discuss alternative arrangements. 2.

For future performances, additional safety protocols will be enforced in accordance

with government and venue policies, including social distancing measures. Policies may vary between venues. 3.

Booking information made through the Australian Haydn Ensemble including name,

phone number & email address will be submitted to venues in accordance with contact tracing legislation. 4.

If you have made a booking on behalf of a group of patrons, you agree to be the main

contact for that group for the purposes of contact tracing as per the advise of the NSW Government. 5.

Tickets will be available to purcahse online up until 1 hour prior to the performance.
