States To Issue Over A Million H-1B Visas, Students Visas To Indians This Year

United States has shared that it would be working towards issuing over a million visas to Indians this year. Out of these visas, majority of H-1B Visas will be issued to Indian professionals followed by student visas and then tourist visas.

Mosquitoes can carry diseases that can harm us. Among these are West Nile Virus, a disease which in some people (about 20%) can cause flu-like symptoms, skin rashes, and swollen lymph glands, and Zika Virus, which can cause birth defects in the babies of people who are pregnant.

Other diseases include encephalitis, which is inflammation of the brain, dengue fever, which causes rash, nausea and vomiting, and heartworms which are parasites rarely found in humans but found more commonly in dogs.

People should also wear insect repellant outside and wear protective clothes like long sleeves and pants which cover the body and protect from mosquito bites.
