This program includes an introduction to the history of fencing, weapons, target areas & fencing technique. Participants should wear comfortable shoes & clothing. The use of equipment is included in the class fee. This is a mental & physical sport that teaches competition, respect & selfdiscipline in a safe & fun environment. Join the fun & learn the fundamentals of volleyball in this developmental league! 10U – 18U will have one practice during the week in the evening time & games will be hosted on Fridays or Saturdays. 8U teams will practice for 20 minutes, then play against another team for a 30-minute game on Saturdays.
