CLASS DESCRIPTION PARENT & TOT Walking-2

Coed gymnastics designed for toddlers (walking-2 yrs.) One adult (18 or older) per child. No siblings allowed to participate. (Adult involvement 100%)

TINY TIKES Ages 2-3

Structured approach to coed gymnastics. Areas of focus: balance, coordination & play-centered activities. One adult (18 or older) per child. No siblings allowed to participate. (Adult involvement 50%)

MINI MITES Ages 3-4

Coed play-centered skill development. Emphasize sharing, taking turns & increase attention-span. Children explore basic gymnastics skills on bars, beam, floor & trampoline.

MIGHTY MITES Ages 5-6

Coed gymnastics that focuses on improving basic skills & developing new skills to prepare kids for our Tumbling, Tumble TriX or Beginner Gymnastics classes

BEGINNER TUMBLING Ages 6-10

Coed tumbling class that introduces basic skills on floor & trampoline. All equipment will be used for strengthening & conditioning.

INTERMEDIATE TUMBLING Ages 7-12

Coed tumbling class that introduces intermediate skills on floor & trampoline. All equipment will be used for strengthening & conditioning.

COED TUMBLE TRIX Ages 7-14

Activity or sport of moving rapidly through an area, negotiating obstacles by running, jumping & basic tumbling.

11 a.m.-1 p.m. & 6-8 p.m.

GIRLS BEGINNER

Ages 6-12

For girls who want to try the sport of gymnastics. Each child will progress at their own pace to develop strength, balance, coordination & flexibility on all four apparatus.

GIRLS INTERMEDIATE

Ages 7-14

Recreational experience for girls who are becoming more serious about gymnastics. Structured lesson plans encourage discipline & progressive skill development. Instructor approval is required to move into this class.

GIRLS ADVANCED

Ages 8-15

Girls will expand their abilities by working higher level skills & improving techniques necessary to compete in private or high school. Instructor approval is required to move into this class.

HOME SCHOOL

Ages 5-10

Coed gymnastics that introduces the basics of gymnastics skills & structured activities. This class can be used as a Home School P.E. credit.

DAY CARE GYMNASTICS

Ages 2-5

Provides a creative outlet for children to enhance their balance and coordination. All ages are taught together at their appropriate level.

INTRO TO CHEER

Ages 6-18

Coed participants will learn cheerleading basics: dance, cheer, jumps, tumbling & stunts. All while having fun & gaining selfconfidence.

ADAPTIVE GYMNASTICS

Goals & adaptations are created to meet each individual’s needs. Class ratios are one instructor per two participants. Contact 303.326.8410 for class opportunities & more info.
