ABOUT THE BOOSTERS

Incline Boosters Club is an all-volunteer nonprofit organization of parents and community stakeholders committed to improving Incline High School students’ education and high school experience.

Through the generosity of donors like you, so far the Boosters have distributed $175,000 for the school year 2024/2025:

• $57,000 for classroom smart boards

• $49,000 for safety and infrastructure outdoor lighting

• $42,000 for academic/classroom support

• $17,200 for sports uniforms & equipment

• $8,200 for student copier/printer

In addition to financial support, the Boosters provide event coordination and volunteer support for events such as: Back To School, 9th Grade Orientation, 8th Grade Welcome, Staff Appreciation Week, Concessions, Event Admissions, and Graduation.

FUND-A-NEED

Special gratitude to the Dave and Cheryl Duffield Foundation, as they have generously pledged to match every dollar raised during the Fund-A-Need paddle raise, up to $100,000. We sincerely appreciate this invaluable support and the chance it provides for other supporters to see the impact of their contributions doubled.

This year’s paddle raise aims to fund crucial areas. While event tickets cover the celebration, active participation in the Fund-A-Need paddle raise directly contributes to supporting the kids.

TONIGHT, WE ARE RAISING FUNDS FOR:

• Vaping monitor system for bathrooms and locker rooms (5-year program)

• Language Lab enhancements

• Highlander TV campus program (Smart TVs, App for launching TV stations and more)

• AP Exam fees for the school year 2024/2025

• SAT/ACT Exam fees for the school year 2024/2025

• SAT/ACT tutoring for the school year 2024/2025

• Library revamp and facelift to mirror new wing

• “Every 15 Minutes” Program (Initiative crafted to impart, through a compelling reenactment, the severe repercussions of driving while under the influence of substances and engaging in texting)

• Outside social event for the students

By participating in tonight’s paddle raise, coupled with matching donor funds, the Incline Boosters Club will address the requests above while also benefiting all students and faculty. This initiative aims to support the integration of new technology and address long-deferred operational needs.

TONIGHT’S FUNDRAISING GOAL - $245,000

Funding subject to monetary and in-kind donations. All funds raised are allocated based on Incline Boosters Club Board discussion and vote - aligning with the mission and goals. Some projects of the Fund-A-Need initiative will fall outside of the generous Match from the Dave and Cheryl Duffield Foundation.
