Quest Village III is the fifth and final phase of the Rock Street Revitalization Project that began in 2008. The project was funded using the Department of Community Affairs (DCA) Permanent Supportive Housing Program funding in the amount of $3.5 million. Founded in 2001, Quest 35 Housing (quest35housing.org) is a non-profit organization that develops and operates supportive housing for special needs homeless populations.
