Prudential will keep its name temporarily but will then be rebranded to Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices later this year.

Quest Village III, a 28-unit new construction supportive housing development, has opened in the Vine City neighborhood. Quest Village III is the fifth and final phase of the Rock Street Revitalization Project that began in 2008. The project was funded using the Department of Community Affairs (DCA) Permanent Supportive Housing Program funding in the amount of $3.5 million. Founded in 2001, Quest 35 Housing (quest35housing.org) is a non-profit organization that develops and operates supportive housing for special needs homeless populations.
