Educational Management / Learning and Teaching
This course is designed to equip learners with the knowledge and skills necessary to design, assess and evaluate training programmes. The course is very interactive in nature and is designed that you leave with the tangible training skills you can use immediately. It will involve lectures, tutorials, group work, role play, student class presentations, self evaluation & reflection. Participants are expected to actively engage in all elements.
• Theory of Training and Adult Learning
12 weeks – Tuesday 7.00pm to 10.00pm, plus at least two full Saturdays

Getting Started in e-Learning and Technology Enhanced Learning Objectives The objectives of this course are: • Demystifying e-learning/technology enhanced learning (TEL) and making it accessible to educators and learners alike • Provide experience in the use of a virtual learning environment • Hands-on using of e-learning tools that together create different types of e-learning pathways • Sharing of participants’ experiences
