BOOKING FEES Bookings may be subject to a per-ticket fee, transaction and postage charge. For most shows ATG Theatre Card, Group bookings and sales in person at the Box Office are fee-free. Please check with the Box Office when booking your tickets. Use Mastercard, Maestro and Visa on bookings of £5 or more; bookings are instantly confirmed. Calls to the Customer Contact Centre are charged at national rate (charges may vary according to service provider). We are unable to accept ticket reservations over the phone or online. Please allow 28 days for delivery of tickets. CONDITIONS OF SALE Tickets cannot be refunded. Ticket exchanges can be offered for a per ticket exchange fee and will only be accepted for the same production and for the same value or higher on payment of the difference. All exchange requests are subject to availability and must be received at least 48 hours prior to the original performance date. Due to the varying nature of the shows and sets we cannot guarantee an unrestricted view from all seats at all times.

Wheelchair positions are in the Rear Stalls with level access from Elmbank Street. Wheelchair transfer seats also available. BABES IN ARMS POLICY The King’s Theatre is a child and family friendly venue. However our theatre licence requires us to allocate a seat to every person admitted to the auditorium, irrespective of their age. Children under two will be allocated the cheapest seat in the theatre which will allow them into the area selected by their companions. As children aged two and over are deemed old enough to occupy their own seat they will be charged the appropriate price, including any applicable discounts. UNDER 16S Under 16s must be accompanied by an adult.
