INSULATION EXHAUST PIPE FOR SCR AND DPF SYSTEMS FOR EURO 4+ and TIER IV EX-INOX-FOIL® External integral insulation made from stainless steel foil is an application to EURO 4+ and TIER IV from ATEX Company Integral insulation is required adaptation for DPF and SCR exhaust systems.
Following application provide correct burning of exhaust gasses in the filter (about 600°C)
This feature allow to increase borderline temperature of exhaust gasses, what is a reason of required level of working and full functionality.
Integral insulation is keeping heat inside, or outside (800°C inside and 250°C outside)
