Home-Based Crisis Intervention Day Treatment (HBCI) Astor’s Home-Based Crisis Intervention Program (HBCI) is designed to prevent psychiatric hospitalization or out of home placement for youth, 18 years or younger, living in Dutchess or Ulster counties.

HBCI is an intensive, short-term crisis intervention and family therapy program that includes Home-based Assessment & Treatment Planning, Psycho-education, Family & Individual Therapy, Case Management & Referral Services.
