The Arkansas Circuit Clerks’ Association held its winter conference Feb. 1114, 2020, in Russellville/Pope County. Conference attendees heard presentations on justice in civil cases, court security grants, electronic appeals, unclaimed property, employee retirement, employee issues, and more. Arkansas Nuclear One Site Vice President John Dinelli also gave circuit clerks an overview of Arkansas Nuclear One.
