ACD hosts its summer EQ board meeting in North Little Rock The state Assessment Coordination Division (ACD) hosted its 2017 Equalization (EQ) Board Seminar on July 18, 2017, at the Wyndham Hotel in North Little Rock. More than 250 county elected officials such as judges, county clerks, and assessors, as well as EQ board appointees from various counties attended the event.
