OVERVIEW

ASPIRE COACHING PHILOSOPHY - PROVIDING THOROUGH, BIOMECHANICS AWARE AND CLASSICAL METHODS FOCUSED TRAINING IN DRESSAGE, JUMPING, IN-HAND WORK AND BASIC FLATWORK - EDUCATION WITH NO GADGETS, NO QUICK FIXES, NO FORCE AND NO PAIN - HORSE'S WELLNESS ALWAYS AT THE CENTRE OF ALL TRAINING METHODS - ALWAYS DEVELOPING ABILITIES OF ANY RIDER REGARDLESS OF RIDING LEVEL, AGE, PHYSICAL CAPABILITIES AND TALENT - WE AIM TO ACHIEVE RESULTS BY EMPHASISING RIDER'S UNDERSTANDING OF THEIR OWN BODY AND THE HORSE'S BODY IN MOVEMENT

WHAT HAPPENS DURING THE CLINIC

Each ridden session is in form of a private one to one lesson or shared session with another rider. The off horse session can be done as a group of riders from the same centre, a private sessions or as a shared sessions with small group of up to 4 riders. My focus as a coach is on correct, functional biomechanics of the rider and wellness of the horse. I do not use any training gadgets but instead aim to develop athletic ability in the horse via thorough coaching of the rider. It is more fun than it sounds ;)

We will start with a chat about your current training, your goals and difficulties you are having. It doesn't matter how big or small your aims are! We will then move onto the ridden session - both flatwork/dressage and jumping sessions can be booked. Depending on your riding problems you might need to dismount a couple of times to have a go at some simple, fun exercises that make a big difference to rider's feel and perception of movement. I will video parts of the lesson for visual feedback afterwards. Where off-horse sessions are done as a group, we will have a look at the footage together and come up with a longer term plan options for all riders. During this off-horse session we will also do some balance and seat exercises tailored to your training needs. If riders don't meet together after training, the footage will be sent after the clinics.
