South Florida Chapter to Receive Presidential Citation of Merit at ASPA National’s 67th Annual Conference in Denver On January 30, 2006, South Florida Chapter President Roslyn Alic-Batson was notified by ASPA National President Don Menzel that the South Florida Chapter will receive a Presidential Citation of Merit at ASPA's 67th Annual Conference in Denver. The citation will read: The South Florida Chapter is recognized for -- Outstanding newsletter, web site development, and support for Hurricane Katrina victims. Past Chapter President Bill Solomon, ASPA District 3 Treasurer Steven Bobes and Allan Rosenbaum, PhD, all members of the South Florida Chapter’s Board of Directors, intend to accept the award on behalf of the Chapter in Denver.
