Across the Continent A Taste of Hong Kong with Fung’s Kitchen by Nina Varma

Driving along Houston’s Southwest Freeway, you see billboards, small shops, and chain restaurants stacked next to each other for miles. But then something stands out. Fung’s Kitchen has been an essential part of the Houston culinary scene for over three decades, receiving accolades from the Houston press and Zagat.
