“On arrival, I was met with a lovely warm welcome and smiles. There was such a homely atmosphere there and it made me feel secure. There was always someone really to help me when I needed this day and night, nothing ever too much trouble. The food and general care were excellent. As a Christian, I was so happy we have hymn signing on Sundays which lifted my spirits.”

Fostering robust community connections is crucial for promoting the wellbeing of our residents. “Mum was very reluctant to go into a care home at first, but she soon settled in. Staff are lovely, warm, friendly and encourage Mum to remain as independent as possible. She really enjoys the food, activities and the companionship of both staff and residents. We are always made welcome when we visit and kept up to date with Mum's healthcare etc. The building is kept clean and in good order and is always lovely and warm too.”
