hilmington Green is a new community in the south of Ashford which will see up to 5,750 homes, a district centre and community infrastructure created over the next 25-30 years. This will eventually see over 1,000 jobs created and around £125m spent on local amenities including: - A secondary school - Four primary schools - Shops - Health and community facilities - Sports and leisure facilities - Significant areas of public open space
