Clementine & vanilla vodka Enjoy this citrusy vodka poured over ice. It will keep for up to four months lengthways and put in a pan with 750g sugar and 750ml water. Heat slowly, stirring until the sugar has dissolved. Simmer for 5 minutes, then set aside for 20 minutes. ♦ Discard the vanilla pods.
