Crafting a tasty treat that looks almost too good to eat is so easy with our clever kit! Make up the spicy-sweet gingerbread mix with water and butter, and roll out. Next, use the stencils to cut out the shapes, then bake them – get an adult to help you with these steps. When the biscuits are cool, slot together and decorate with the icing – perfect for your family’s Christmas dinner table. Asda Gingerbread Sleigh Kit, £4 (550g; 73p/100g)
Rudolph Reindeer treat bags YOU NEED Scissors (ask an adult to help you use these), double-sided sticky tape, stapler, PVA glue, tube from inside a kitchen roll Brown card or thick paper Red pompoms, pipe cleaners (available in multipack) Glitter Wiggly eyes Red ribbon TO MAKE Cut the tube in half – put one piece aside. Wrap a rectangle of the brown card around the tube, with 1cm overlap at each end, then secure in place with
the double-sided sticky tape. Make 2 downward snips in the top end of the card (don’t cut the tube) and fold in to cover the rim of the tube neatly. Flatten the bottom end so it looks like a big toothpaste tube. Staple to close it, then trim to neaten, if necessary. Glue on glitter to cover the staples. Make pipe cleaner antlers and glue to the tube. Add wiggly eyes and a red pompom nose. Cut a hole in each side of the tube and attach a length of red ribbon for a handle. Repeat with the other half of the tube to make another treat bag.
