Moroccan couscous with tuna
In a bowl, mix together garam masala spice, tomato purée, clear honey and lemon juice and zest. Then add a little boiling water to make a paste. l Add to some couscous, then cook according to the instructions on the pack. l Mix together chopped tomato and coriander, toasted almond fakes and John West No Drain Tuna Steak. l Add the cooked couscous, mix well, season and serve.

Tuna & Greek salad
Quarter and deseed a red pepper. Cook under the grill until charred. Leave to cool, then peel and slice. l Cook couscous according to the packet instructions, then stir in some grated lemon zest. l In a bowl, mix the pepper with chopped cucumber, sliced red onion, chopped tomatoes and black olives. Drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice, then season. l Stir cubed feta cheese and chopped parsley into the couscous. l Mix the couscous and salad together and place in a serving bowl. l Scatter over John West Infusions Tuna With Basil. Garnish with basil leaves.
