LIFE

What is Life? Life is the air you breathe. Life is the sun that shines. Life is the moon that sets. Life is the trees, the birds, and the sea. Life is living ironic feelings, elevating. You see, life is we, not just me. Live, love, laugh, and leave— That’s the facts of Life.

A MOMENT AGO

I could not tell dawn from dusk I would walk up I would walk down And yet I went nowhere In those moments everything Scared me, trees would move Birds would fly low over me. At that moment I became Willing to be free from fear. The sun shines, the sun sets, The moonlight is bright at night. No longer will I fight or be afraid. At this moment my life is alright and things are beautiful in my sight— at this moment.
