PRICING: Pricing is very important. Please consider the economic state of affairs at the moment. 8)

COMMISSION: All works submitted to this exhibition must be available for sale and are subject to a 25% Sales Commission. All event sponsors are acknowledged at the respective event. We are mindful of these very challenging times, but, every little bit helps. To make a contribution please contact us at 622-9827 or email admin@artsocietytt.org 19) VOLUNTEERS NEEDED: This is a Members’ Exhibition and as such, we would like you to be as involved as possible. Its takes a team to put on a exhibition and not just dropping work off. Get involved by volunteering to help with this exhibition. We will need volunteers in the following areas: Admin Assistant to help with the organizing of the electronic submissions and sorting, Submission Days to receive works, Gallery Layout and Installation, Print and Social Media to get the press releases written and circulated, Fund raiser, TV and Radio Interviews, Labels and Pricelists. As you can see, there is a lot that has to happen behind the scenes and when it’s left to one or two people, not only is it an incredible strain, but sometimes important components are overlooked. Let’s do this together. Email us at admin@artsocietytt.org with I VOLUNTEER in the subject line. 20) IMPORTANT REMINDER: Artwork must be your NEW & ORIGINAL art or you need to have received and be able to produce the necessary authorization.
