THAT'S A WRAP!!!! DREAMIN' OUT LOUD ENTERTAINMENT AND LUSIV STUDIOS COMPLETE FILMING OF MUSIC VIDEO/SHORT FILM PROJECT It's a wrap!!!! The primary filming collaborative effort between Dreamin' Out Loud Entertainment and LUSIV Studios on the music video/short film for the country ballad "Can't We Be Friends?" was finally brought to fruition. The project which started taking shape and being planned in January of 2022 was finally put to film on March 18, 2022 in Kansas City North. Post-production will now begin with Rhett Orta at the helm.

video/short film project was taken on by Kansas City Film Institute student, Rhett Orta and his company LUSIV Studios.
Based in both Kansas City and Clearwater/Tampa Bay Area, Lusiv Studios produces work that is as memorable as barista spilling coffee on a customer’s shoes. "We're kept up at night deciding whether a clip should be 0.025 seconds longer as we obsess over the tiny things that make a creative project truly exceptional. Our goal every time we sit down to create is to make something that's; completely distinct,

unforgettably impactful, and undeniably excellent", says owner Rhett Orta.
The primary actors in the production were Jessica Whitfield & L. Tanner Smith, themselves both Kansas City area filmmakers & actors.
Jessica Whitfield earned her BFA in Theatre/Acting from Drake University, where she was an Irene Ryan Nominee. She is now living in Kansas City where she has worked as a stage actor, a stand-up comedian, and even a puppeteer. Steve Wilson of Broadway World calls her, "Marvelous," and says, "She has a good sense of comedic timing, utilizing humorous facial expressions, body language, and accent to keep the audience laughing." In 2015, Jessica made the transition from stage to screen and in

2016 she landed a supporting role in her first feature film, The Brutal 9. Jessica was also in Nashville recording artist Chelsey James' music video "Steady".
L. Tanner Smith, originally from Manila, Arkansas is also an actor and filmmaker. He's made and produced many films over the years with his latest effort, "Millennial With A

I've been involved with the entertainment business for 11 years.
Who has helped you along the way and inspired you the most? No one really helped me, but I do get inspired by everyday people who are doing for themselves
What are some of the highlights of your career so far? The highlight for me is giving opportunities to those who would normally never get it plus interviewing R&B artist Calvin Richardson
Have you received any special awards or achievements? No I haven't but I was acknowledged before
Do you have any special events, shows / gigs coming up? No I don't
Where do you see yourself in the next 5 or 10 years? Still doing what I love to do but on a bigger scale
What would you like your legacy to be? That I put my heart and soul into everything I did.
Do you have other interests? Yes, singing and cooking
Any special words of encouragement or advice for our listeners? Whatever you decide to do in life do it from the heart it is more rewarding when you do, and every no doesn't mean the end it means you just have to try harder.

We asked David how long he has been involved in the entertainment business and he answered 61 years. In those 61 years, he has been inspired most by Dick Clark, his first PD Dave Derby, all of the DJs he listened to as a kid at WTLB in Utica, NY, Bill Garcia, his PD at WRBQ/Q105 in Tampa, FL and Joe Bonsall of the Oak Ridge Boys among many others! Some of the highlights of David's career have been: having a newscast burned in his hands as he read it on his first job, getting his first full time gig at WTLB while it dominated the market, doing reposts over 3 days from Nashville DJ Convention to his station in Plant City, FL, hosting Charlie Rich at Disney World while at WQYK and having snow flown in to Tampa FL for Christmas while at WRBQ/Q105. David got his picture (from the Charlie Rich show) in Billboard and was interviewed by Claude Hall. He conducted a Miss QYK pageant while Promotion Dir. at WQYK Tampa, and had second place finish in national ad sales contest with Cablevision Cable TV ad sales.
