From London flea markets to the narrow streets in Southern France, interior designer Lisa Luby Ryan is always uncovering unique treasures for the home. Whether it’s for a client or her upscale European furnishings emporium Vintage Living, the Texas native transforms things of the past – architectural pieces, antique linens, ancient maps – into contemporary heirlooms. In her second collection for Arteriors Home, Lisa Luby Ryan continues to celebrate repurposing the unexpected with a careful attention to materials and details. The entrepreneur’s European casual style, which relies heavily on French, Italian, and Swedish antiques with pops of custom accents from her found objects, has been featured in Veranda, Traditional Home, Britain’s Country Homes & Interiors, and Southern Accents. Ryan is also the owner of Luby Design Associates, a 25-year old Dallas-based interior design firm.
