The origami in my work. El origami en mi obra.

A work, and understand the physical materialization of the idea, is born indispensable in that esoteric part, understanding esoteric as what it really is “what is hidden from the senses and science and is only perceptible or accessible by initiated people.” Read initiated in the secrets of creative creation, a process which I fervently believe is not revealed to every human being, if not to a few and is Zen, the necessary path of that creation.

Origami for me is that meditation through the folding of the paper; In each of its folds I am finding the meaning of existence, not only mine as a human being or that of the world, but also of the work itself, which in the end is my self, my world. Transmitting through the representation of origami in my work is not only a physical aesthetic element, if not in the background in each work there are existen tial, philosophical and even mathematical parts (sacred geometry) that could be clearly stated as basic human principles of being.

For this reason, in a work with a origami there is a more complex representation of worlds, of geometries that come together in harmony, complementing each other at their angles and even bisecting each other to make a unit, a whole among several.

Una obra, y entiéndase la materialización física de la idea, nace indispensablemente en esa parte esotérica, entendiendo esotérico como lo que realmente es “lo que está oculto a los sentidos y a la ciencia y solamente es perceptible o asequible por las personas iniciadas”. Léase iniciado en los secretos de la creación creativa, un proceso el cual fervientemente creo no es revelado a todo ser humano, si no a unos pocos y es el zen, el camino necesario de esa creación.

El origami para mi es esa meditación por medio del doblado del papel; en cada uno de sus pliegues voy encontrando el sentido de la existencia, no solo mía como ser humano o la del mundo, si no de la obra en si, que al fin y al cabo es mi yo, mi mundo. El trasmitir por medio de la representación del origami en mi obra no es solo un elemento estético físico, si no en el trasfondo en cada obra hay partes existenciales, filosóficas y hasta matemáticas (geometría sagrada) que se podría plantear claramente como los principios básicos humanos del ser.

Por esto, en una obra con un origami hay una representación mas compleja de mundos, de geometrías que se unen en armonía, complementándose en sus ángulos y hasta bisecándose entre ellos para hacer una unidad, un todo entre varios.

What was left to them during that moment of reflection, it all began there.

Como comprender mi obra.

Si desean entender un poco de ese mundo no palpable de mi obra, le invito hacer un ejercicio: Dejen todo tipo de distracción en su vida por 5 minutos, tomen una hoja cuadrada y simplemente comiencen a plegarla por donde quieran, sigan esos dobleces libremente, inventen y de vez en cuando deténganse a ver que se les asemeja, luego de pasado el tiempo que han dispuesto para el ejercicio tomen el papel doblado y tírenlo en el basurero. Lo que les quedó durante ese momento de reflexión, allí comenzó todo.
