FAQs Alcoholic Beverage Service • All alcoholic beverage services shall be provided by the Arsht Center’s fully licensed exclusive caterer, Spectra by Comcast-Spectacor.
Audiovisual Equipment and Production Services • The Adrienne Arsht Center is a union house that requires the use of IATSE labor for all events. • The center has an ample supply of audiovisual equipment to be used for your event; additional equipment can be used on property through an outside vendor arranged independently or through our production department. • All events that have production elements must have a Technical Director on-site during load-in, event, and load-out. • See link for all technical specifications included for each venue. http://www.arshtcenter.org/tech Booking Procedure • Please contact the Director of Rentals or Event Services Coordinator to check your preferred event date through rentals@arshtcenter.org. • A tentative hold may be placed on a date for up to ten (10) business days. If an agreement is not entered within ten (10) business days of the initial hold date, the date will be automatically released. Once an agreement is issued, the signed agreement and deposit will be due within five (5) business days. Catering • The Adrienne Arsht Center has an exclusive catering contractor, Spectra by Comcast-Spectacor. • Outside food or beverage are allowed with a 10% commission added on to contract. All caterers require approval from the Adrienne Arsht Center. Vendors • Outside vendors are welcome and will need approval from the Adrienne Arsht Center.
