Capt. Christin Brodie enters her third year on the women’s soccer staff at Air Force in 2016. After serving the previous two seasons as an assistant coach, Brodie will handle the director of operations role this season. A former Falcon soccer player herself, Brodie brings to the program an inner knowledge of being a cadet-athlete and provides the team with energy and bright ethusiasm each and every day. Prior to assuming her current position, Brodie was officer in charge of the requirements branch and executive Officer for the air mobility division of the 603d Air and Space Operations Center, Ramstein AB, Germany where she man-
aged mobility aircraft for USEUCOM and USAFRICOM, consisting of over 28.5 million square miles. Brodie graduated from the Air Force Academy in 2008. A four-year letterwinner with the Falcon women’s soccer program, Brodie was the team captain as a senior and also voted Most Valuable Player. Born and raised in Dallas and a member of the Sting ‘86 team, Brodie is a devoted athlete both on and off the field as a player and coach. She was twice selected as a member of the U.S. All Armed Forces Soccer team. While in Europe, she played for the FV Olympia team in the German Verbandsliga and was
the head coach of the Ramstein American High School Girls JV Soccer team. During the summer of 2016, Brodie was a member of the U.S. Armed Forces women’s soccer team that participated at the CISM Football Cup in Rennes, France.
