STARTER CLUTCH ASSEMBLIES

JACKSHAFT UPGRADE KIT

+ Replacement starter clutch assemblies are designed to improve clutch life under hard starting conditions.

+ Jackshaft will deliver more torque to the primary while reducing the occurrences of shaft binding.

+ Eliminates kick out issues caused by worn OEM clutches.

+ The cushioning spring is moved to the back of the shaft eliminating the need for the inner primary support bearing making the jackshaft easier to install.

STARTER BUTTON + Replaces the original solenoid cover and allows manual activation of the starter. + Available in black and chrome finishes and a variety of styles to fit aftermarket and OEM starters.

HI-PERFORMANCE BATTERY CABLES + Cables are manufactured with pure electrolytic grade, 36-gauge copper wire strands.

+ Bypasses the wiring prior to the solenoid.

+ The 7 over 7 bundling of the copper strands maximizes current flow and the flexibility of the cable.

+ Bike can be started despite defective components in the ignition circuit.

+ The outer jacket material is rated for 257°F (125 °C) and is oil and gas resistant.

MIKUNI HSR CARBURETOR JET OR GASKET KITS + Jet kits include necessary main, pilot and accelerator pump jets and a range of slide needles + Gasket kits include gaskets, O-rings, float bowl, carburetor cap, spigot body screws, fuel mixture screw, float needle valve with FMK tip and accelerator pump boot. + NBR rubber material is used on all O-rings and rubber gaskets.

CARBURETOR REPAIR KITS + Kits include all the necessary components to repair a carburetor. + Harley-Davidson kits contain jetting selection, extended fuel mixture screw, intake gaskets, and manifold gaskets. + NBR rubber material is used on all O-rings and rubber gaskets NBR has excellent resistance to the ethanol used in today’s fuels.

OIL SPOUT SPACER BLOCK KIT + Fits Harley-Davidson Touring FLT FLH ‘93-’06 5 Speed models. + Spaces out the oil fill spout, necessary for installation of longer than stock high performance starter motors. + Kit Includes 1 Spacer, 2 gaskets and hardware necessary for installation.

EXTENDED FUEL MIXTURE SCREW + Kit includes all necessary parts to replace OEM style fuel mixture screw with an extended screw for easy tuning. + Kit includes extended mixture screw, o-ring, spring, and washer. + Not available for sale in California.

FORK BUSHING KITS + Bushing kits contain (2) slider bushings (2) leg bushings along with all of the copper washers, O-rings and fork seal snap rings. + Bushings have been Dyno tested to 500,000 strokes with less wear then OEM bushings.

FORK & DUST SEAL KITS + The seal profile is engineered so that each seal lip places equal pressure on the fork tube. + Equalized seal pressure creates less drag and longer seal life. + The seal incorporates a 3rd seal lip which acts as an additional dust wiper to keep the fork tubes clean of dirt and grit. + Dust Seals features external garter springs to keep the fork tubes clean.
