POLOTAN, MARIA REGINA SANTO TOMAS UNIVERSITY COLLEGE OF ARCHITECTURE
Gaudi´s park Guell is designed in several layers to accommodate the slope of the soil. They are connected by paths such as ramps and stairs. For example, this large central plaça is supported by a series of thick columns. The space below is used as a market, which also leads to another space. Several pathways provide multiple access points within the campus. These paths are used by students and the public alike. The campus is connected to the city through the paths.
