We accept orders by phone, fax or email, and through your local sales representatives. When placing • orders, please make sure to include all pertinent information such as contact name, phone number, email address, credit application and references, billing and shipping address. We do our best to ship your order 100% complete, but we cannot guarantee every item to always be in stock. Any back-ordered item(s) will be canceled from the order, please re-order the items(s). ZOOCCHINI prices offered to you are strictly wholesale prices, therefore we require retail dealers • to provide a resale number. All retailers are subject to approval before order fulfillment. Please note that our products are offered at wholesale cost to retailers with a valid sales permit ID for the purpose of resale in UNITED STATES only. A valid Reseller’s Certificate is required for all new accounts. Discounting of our products is not permitted. Future orders will not be accepted from retailers who advertise ZOOCCHINI products for less than MAP or who sell on auction sites at a discount. Minimum opening order value is $200 and reorder value is $150, net of discounts and shipping. Applications for credit are subject to approval. Credit is only available to volume customers with accounts in good standing and with an average purchase history of over $200/month for three months. We reserve the right to place a service charge on past due accounts at a minimum of 1.5% per month. Title to the products sold shall remain in the Company as a security interest until the customer has completed payment of the purchase price, plus accrued service charges, if any, and fully performed all of the terms and conditions hereof. Orders are shipped via UPS, FedEx or USPS prepaid. The cost of freight will be added to your invoice. You are responsible for all transportation and shipping fees on orders that are refused, returned to sender or undeliverable by our carrier. Your order ships from our warehouse within 1-3 business days unless you request a future ship date. Depending on where you are located, delivery ranges from 3-5 business days. Please inspect goods upon receipt and report any shortages, damages or missing items within ten (10) days of delivery. In the event of damages to shipment during transit, make a note of any damage or shortages on the Bill of Lading. All exceptions should be noted in order for you to successfully collect on your claim. No product sold will be accepted for credit when returned without written return authorization number. All claims for returns must be made within 15 days of the invoice date, and the return itself must be received within 15 days of that date. Returns must be in resalable condition without any price stickers attached, and shipped back in their original packaging at customer expense. All unauthorized returns or refused shipments are subject to a 15% restocking fee. All goods accepted for credit are subject to 15% restocking charge. Any refunds issued will be for the purchase price of the returned item(s), including any applicable taxes. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Any rebate associated with the returned products will be voided. Clearance items and items sold at a discounted price are sold “AS IS” – no refunds, no returns on these items. Sales Order confirmation, Shipping & Tracking details and Invoices are sent to you exclusively via email. We do not mail or fax invoices.
