Founded by local San Gabriel Valley physicians in 1992, Allied Pacific IPA of California (APC) is a robust team of over 700 primary care physicians and over 1,000 specialists dedicated to serving the local community. Allied has consistently maintained a standard of excellence in healthcare for over 30 years and is passionate about investing in its community. Over the years, Allied has built and now operates a comprehensive set of services to serve its over 350,000 members, including primary care, labs, immediate and urgent care centers, radiology, cardiology, skilled nursing facilities, ambulatory surgical centers, palliative care, chronic disease management, and more.

Two of the most crucial things Allied has invested in for the health of its community members are quality and access. Allied has built, in partnership with its affiliated company Astrana Health (fka Network Medical Management/ApolloMed), advanced healthcare “supercenters,” which function as comprehensive hubs that deliver skilled primary care, multi-specialty care, radiology, laboratory, and pharmacy services — all under one roof.

These supercenters operate urgent care facilities seven days a week, ensuring reliable and accessible medical services. With established centers in Monterey Park, Arcadia, and City of Industry, a fourth center is slated to open soon in Alhambra. The supercenters consolidate diverse healthcare services into a singular, convenient location, streamlining the patient experience by eliminating the need for multiple appointments and helping navigate the patient through the insurance process. This design creates a comprehensive and integrated healthcare destination for community members seeking quality and access to healthcare delivery.

Allied has also invested heavily in primary care — its primary care group, AMG Medical Group, in partnership with Astrana Health, provides primary care, covering preventative care, acute conditions, chronic condition management, and pediatrics, along with specialty care in allergy and asthma, dermatology, endocrinology, ophthalmology, and rheumatology. With physicians fluent in Mandarin Chinese, Cantonese, Spanish, and English and clinics spread throughout Southern California, AMG Medical Group is dedicated to serving their diverse communities.
