Apple a day helps the Scouts at play Cub Scout Samantha Dougherty and sister Sydney, a Beaver Scout, were among the members of the Arnprior Scouting movement giving out apples in return for donations last Friday evening. They were set up in front of Tim Hortons on Daniel Street. The apples were once again provided by MacLaren’s Orchards of Burnstown Road. The proceeds of Apple Day go to local Scouting activities and equipment.
