ABC judges pick the best of the best Entrants in The Chronicle Garden Competiton have highly impressed ABC judges Penny McKinlay and Rod Hultgren. THE Chronicle Garden Competition for 2016 has be one of the best. Our ABC section has had heaps of entries, some newcomers and the quality of the gardens has been wonderful. The Outdoor Living Area section was the biggest category showing that Toowoomba is taking advantage of our climate, our glorious gardens and our fantastic lifestyle. Now the visitors can be welcomed to see this whole magnificent city. We have thoroughly enjoyed being part of it all. — Penny McKinlay, ABC judge
