All the dishes are Chef’s suggestions and he will be pleased to discuss your specific requirements with you. Should any of your guests require special diets Chef can cater for their needs. Please choose one choice per course.
STARTERS

Native lobster and prawn cocktail, little gem, granary bread, cognac marie rose sauce

Roasted Cumbrian beef red onion and balsamic chutney, Yorkshire pudding, thyme and Madeira veal jus, with turned carrots, broccoli and roast potatoes.
