The Jobs Fair is a special program conducted periodically to be able to make employment facilitation efforts more responsive in harnessing the employment opportunities and addressing the unemployment problems of Filipinos within the city and the region, and ultimately in providing for the better future. The Seminar on Coconut Business Opportunities was conducted on July 8, 2011 at Casa Luisa Restaurant, this forum focused on sharing the ideas about the products that can be made out of coconut to the farmers of General Santos City. The seminar was conducted by five speakers sharing different ideas and the current status of the coconut industry in the Philippines, especially in the Region 12. The speakers shared the benefits of coconut products in livelihood.

ast but not least, the 10th Human Resource and Skills Development (HRSD) Summit - Mindanao was conducted from July 20 to July 22, 2011 at KCC Events and Convention Center. This seminar-conference, deemed the biggest annual gathering of Mindanao Technical-Vocational Education and Training Schools and Training Institutions, was embodied by its theme, “TECHNOPRENEURSHIP: New Approaches, New Technologies: Creating Jobs and Improving Lives.” The conference was attended by 565 delegates from all over the six administrative regions of Mindanao, which are composed of private and public TVET school heads, Training Managers, TESDA Regional and Provincial Officials, and representatives from different industry associations and groups.

The Seminar on Record Keeping and Accounting for Small Businesses was conducted from June 29 to June 30, 2011 at Casa Luisa Restaurant. This seminar focused on catering to the specific business needs of the SMEs, particularly the basic skills, knowledge, and values in bookkeeping, accounting, and financial management.
