Stotfold Butchers Bring Home The Bacon

Liam’s Traditional Bu tchers in So tfold have good reason to celebrate, after winning a two star Golden Cleaver Award, presented to them at the 2023 Harrogate Bu tchers Sho w.

The award was given to the Sto tfold bu tchers for their sausages, where judges praised them for bo th quality and flavour. It was the f irst time that Liam’s Bu tchers had entered the competition so they were extremely surprised to receive the award. Liam told the Arlesey News Magazine ‘We were thrilled to receive the award and had a great day at the Harrogate Bu tchers Sho w where we were able to chat to many o ther local bu tchers and share ideas and helpful tips.’
