What an exciting few weeks!

Our children and staff really enjoyed the Jubilee celebrations. At school we had a street party in the playground. With music from Samuel Whitbread students, colourful decorations and lots of cake. We were even lucky to watch some of our pupils dancing round the maypole and we all sung the glorious national anthem together. The children prepared flags and crowns for the event. All the children also took part in a portrait competition of the Queen with one child per class winning a jubilee medal and certificate. It was great to see everyone embracing the celebration.
Some of our children then went on to take part in the Arlesey Platinum Jubilee celebration.
We had groups from Maypole, Theatretrain and Street Dance. We also had a wonderful solo from Soleil. Well done to all our pupils that took part.
