DOWN-N-OUT STRETCHED SADDLEBAGS These bags are 6” longer and 2” lower than our original Big Bags and feature a patent pending taper for a unique look and an additional 2” of ground clearance. These bags are constructed from high quality composite materials and computer controlled oven cured over a wide heat range to ensure durability. Hand placed fibers are strategically placed in each bag for the highest structural integrity possible and a maximum strength to weight ratio. Just like the Big Bags, the Down-N-Out series extended bags are jig drilled for a guaranteed fit.
BIG-BAG STRETCHED SADDLEBAGS The original. Arlen Ness developed extended saddlebags in the early 90’s and over a decade of use and development our Big Bags have evolved into the best quality bags on the market. Produced with a state-of-the-art computer controlled injection process and then cured for 13 hours in a computer-controlled oven; these bags are ready for a lifetime of use. They feature a smooth inner/outer finish and jig drilled for a perfect fit every time.
