Describe your practice of evangelism/outreach including any programs, events, and training that you prefer to utilize personally and through the church. 6. Is your church’s current level of Cooperative Program and other missions giving consistent with your personal preference? How would you like to see it change? 7. Describe your philosophy for working with different age groups in the church (children, youth, adults, older adults). Is there an age group with which you feel most comfortable? 8. What is your understanding of the role of deacons in the church? 9. Describe your participation in the local Baptist association, state convention, and national convention. 10. Are you in agreement with the Baptist Faith and Message 2000 as a doctrinal statement? Please include any clarifying or qualifying statements that you feel are important.
