RELYANCE BANK ANNOUNCES RECENT PROMOTIONS Chuck Morgan, President and CEO of Relyance Bank, N.A. announces the following promotions:

Chris Cummings was recently promoted to Vice President of Wealth Management. A Business Administration graduate from the University of Arkansas at Monticello, he has also earned the certifications of Certified Trust and Financial Advisor and Accredited Fiduciary Investment Manager during his eight years at Relyance. Mr. Cummings is the past president of the Pine Bluff Kiwanis Club and the current Board Chair for Voices for Children.

Jeremy Lambert was promoted to Vice President of Commercial Lending for the Pine Bluff market. He earned a Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture Business at the University of Arkansas at Monticello. He has ten years of banking experience during which he graduated from the Southwest Graduate School of Banking at SMU. Mr. Lambert serves on the boards of directors for Jefferson Comprehensive Care and Big Brother Big Sister. He is also a member of the Kiwanis Club and the Optimist Club Pine Bluff Chapters.

Scott Socia was promoted to Assistant Vice President of Loan Operations. An Arkansas State University graduate that earned a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, he also has nine years of banking experience. Mr. Socia is a member of the Pine Bluff Rotary Club. Rebecca Stone was promoted to Assistant Vice President of Human Resources. She earned a Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communications at Ouachita Baptist University, graduating Summa Cum Laude. She has

several years of banking experience and currently manages employee compensation and benefits. Mrs. Stone is a volunteer with the United Way campaign and Feed the Need. Alicia Nixon was promoted to Marketing and Business Development Officer. She attended Henderson State University and is currently attending American Bankers Association School of Bank Marketing and Management with an expected graduation date of 2015. She has ten years of banking experience and currently serves on the Pine Bluff Area Community Foundation Board and the Pine Bluff Festival Association Board. A Leadership Pine Bluff graduate, Mrs. Nixon is also a member of the Jefferson County Young Professionals and the Pine Bluff Rotary Club.

Heather Fry was promoted to Branch Manager of our Star City location. She earned an Associate’s degree in Banking and Finance from Southeast Arkansas College and has sixteen years of banking experience. She currently serves as the Treasurer for Star City Band Boosters and is an active volunteer with Relay for Life. Karen Hall was promoted to Account Services Officer. She attended Southeast Arkansas College and several professional training courses. She carries over 10 years of banking experience and volunteers with the Arkanstrong Volunteer Tornado Response effort and the Salvation Army. Carrie Hall was promoted to Loan Production Manager. A Rison High School graduate, she has eighteen years of banking experience. She is the past Secretary and Treasurer for the Rison Lions Club and still serves as a member.
