the story Fate was persistent in bringing together Ashley Gladden and Joseph Gaetti. The first introduction occurred when Ashley was age 3 and Joe was age 6 by their fathers teammates for the Minnesota Twins; The second, in 2007 at a Minnesota Twins Reunion. It wasn’t until the third meeting in 2008, where the pair gave into fate and fell in love. Three years later atop her favorite hiking trial, McDowell Mountain Gateway Loop, Ashley’s life changed as Joe proposed some 25 years after their first introduction.
