A highly anticipated event recently occurred – After months of remodeling Harrah’s Ak-Chin Casino Resort re-opened “The Buffet.” The new 8,000-square-foot buffet features live action food stations where guests can get a wide array of culinary delights, made fresh to order. Diners will find many new menu options such as sautéed pasta, grilled steaks, rotisserie chicken, wok items along with hand omelets made to order at Sunday brunch. The Buffet serves lunch and dinner Monday Saturday. Mon – Thurs, 11am to 3pm and 4-8pm, Fri & Sat, 11am-3pm and 4-10pm - On Sunday brunch is from 9am-3pm and dinner, 4pm-8pm.
