Partially vented single stack system: This type of system it is combination of single stack system with an extra vent pipe in the building. All the activity like, wash basin, sink, bathing pipe all are connected to the one pipe but the water closets is connected to the vent pipe of the building, we only provide vent pipe for the water closets and not for other fixtures in the building, in simple we can say it is the segregation of grey and black water with the help of pipes, and at the end both pipes combines in the manhole.

One pipe system: In this type of system we put two pipes one is the vent pipe and second is the main pipe which collect the water from the different fixtures. In the main pipe we collect the waste water from all the fixtures like, wash basin, sink, bathing area, water closets. And all fixtures also connected to the vent pipe so by this we eliminate the waste pipe and gully trap provision.
