History Archer Mechanical & Maintenance Contractors was founded in 1987 by Ken and Paula Rickards. Our first location began in a small, 1,500 sqft facility located in Salt Lake City Utah, with only 5 employees. Over the years our business has continued to grow by contracting with integrity, building relationships and customer satisfaction. Archer Mechanical’s operations have now expanded into a much larger facility including; a fabrication shop and additional property at our staging lot centrally located in the Salt Lake valley.
