Dear Shareholders, All through 23 years, the business operation of the Company has continuously been adapted to be in accordance with the economic, political and social situations. The importance is also given to the responsibility towards the society and environment. As a result of the coordinated operation of all departments together with the collaboration of the business alliances, the performance of the Company in 2012 has exceeded the target in many areas. The new projects opened in Chonburi province has also been well-received by the customers. Such success is not only the evidence of the high level of excellence of our operational capacity which will lead to sustainable growth but is also the sign showing that we are ready to develop large-scale projects in 2013 under the concept of “Vibrant Community” which will better respond to the needs to own a residence of the people. Adhering to high standard of good corporate governance, the Company is selected as one of the organizations with excellent corporate governance (five stars) for the third consecutive year by the Securities and Exchange Commission, the Stock Exchange of Thailand and the Thai Institute of Directors. Moreover, in 2012, Lumpini Ville Chaengwatttana-Pakkred has received Real Estate Excellence Award for Private Sector 2012 from the Prime Minister and the Minister of Finance under the category of quality residences with affordable price. We also receive the full score of 100 which is rated “Excellent” for the assessment of the quality of the organization of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2012 from the Thai Investors Association. All these awards are our inspirations and showcase our operational principles
which emphasize prudence, transparency and accountability as well as the intention to develop our products and services to enable “Lumpini” to always be the high quality and trustworthy brand. At the very start, we were merely a residential condominium developer. But at present, the Company has become the creator of products and services value to deliver the first home with affordable price to all target groups. We also manage the community under the concept of “Vibrant Community” which promotes the culture of care and share that we hope would beautifully grow in all our Lumpini families. The growth of the Company would not have been possible without the collaboration of all related parties.
