Design Process : Modular Living Block
Design Brief This competitions aims to seek innovation and sustainable d The Future of Green Tropical Living, in an urban city of parti example Bangkok, Jakarta, Manila, Singapore, etc. The projec accommodate and catered to the needs of 300 households age groups.
Approach : Modular Elements Modular Living Block: 5 floors are laid one above the other i floor has its own privacy and garden. This forms a Modular Li flipped or rotated based on the solar geometry ensuring sel levels.
Modular Service Tower: With the addition of recreational spac service core in the tower, turns a building into a communit reduces the maintenance of the services by bringing them to Modular Apartment Blocks
