IN-HOUSE CONSTRUCTION We have in-house construction capabilities. That means you deal with the same company throughout the construction process. We also provide quality and time line assurance. After the project is complete, we are there to follow up with our After Care program.

Lifeguard Management We have earned the American Red Cross Multi-Jurisdictional Provider Agreement and our lifeguard program has been recognized as one of the best in the country.
SAFETY & POOLSIDE TRAINING Red Cross training is offered to all employees. In addition to certification training, we focus on communication skills and community interaction with our unique Poolside training.
ONLINE LIFEGUARD PORTAL Our lifeguard portal provides webbased scheduling and employee information. This portal is accessible 24/7, which helps lifeguards stay informed and arrive to your pool on time.
SAFETY AUDITOR PROGRAM Our supervisors and safety auditors evaluate injury prevention, patron surveillance, rescue and respiratory/ cardiac emergency skills, along with general first aid. Safety Auditor visits are done at random in order to truly evaluate our staff.

ENERGY CONSERVATION We implement best practice strategies at our field offices and client sites by encouraging green methods. We also promote the use of energy-efficient heaters and pumps at our facilities.
WATER & CONSERVATION By reducing the volume of potable water used at field locations, we conserve resources and reduce our carbon footprint. We also salvage water at many of our pools, preventing water and budget waste.
RECLAMATION OF MATERIALS We recycle materials leftover from repair and renovation work. This includes concrete, steel and plastic. This green practice helps to eliminate a large percentage of common construction waste.
CARBON FOOTPRINT Through on-site production methods, we are able to reduce the amount of disinfectants we transport and store. Our focus on salt systems also helps to reduce the use and transportation of chemicals.
