SEASONWRAP Whataseason! Itwasgreattoseeeveryonecometogetheragaintodeliverafull seasonofcommunitycricketacrossthestate.Evenwiththeadded challengesthattheCOVID-19pandemiccreated,theresilienceofour

volunteersandcommunitymembersinWACricketisonlybecoming

stronger.Thedeterminationtoseeboysandgirls,menandwomen,

fromallabilitiesandculturesplaythegamewealllovewasnotin

shortsupplythisseason-norisitsomethingweatWACrickettake

forgranted.

AswemoveintoourplanningphasefortheseasonaheadatWA

Cricket,welooktoreflectonwhatthisseasonhastaughtus.At theheartofourplanningwillbereducingworkloadonvolunteers throughimprovedresourcessoeveryonecanhavethebestpossible

experienceintheirchosencricketjourney.

Thankyoutoeveryparent,child,carerandparticipantfromthepast

seasonforyourpatienceandunderstanding.Thishasallowedus

tostepbackandensurethatcricketwillonlvcontinuetogrowand

evolveintothebestpossibleofferingtoeveryone,makingcricket

trulvasportforall.
