By JENNIE KUSHNER

T
he tables were dressed in black and topped with posey, pink boutiques, while more than 300 ladies and gents sat circled around the Country Club of the South ballroom. Indulging in savory and succulent salads, sugar-coated desserts and chipper conversation, the who’s who of North Fulton united to celebrate and support the second annual Power of Pink charity luncheon,
fashion show and silent auction. From a motorized scooter to an African safari to Falcons tickets and spa treatments, the silent auction is projected to have topped last years total of $20,000- to benefit the Atlanta Greater Atlanta Affiliate of Susan G. Komen for the Cure. Hosted by North Fulton Hospital’s Women’s Advisory Board, 15 breast cancer survivors strutted their stuff in an afterlunch fashion show with trends provided by Dillard’s and primping by Borelli’s Salon and Mary Kay. ■
